| After shedding a wheel at MSR with Chris at the helm, a new differential and gas tank was required so the car could be available for a school. Aside from dealing with a dirty tank (hey, it had gas in it and no visible crap!) the car ran well and our customer got his license. This was the cars 7th school with the 5th different driver. Not a bad record! | ||||||||||||||||
| Walt's SRX7 was the first road-racing acquisition for a Taylor to drive in nearly 30 years, and has served the team well. The first (and arguably only) big project was to repaint the 20 year old beast. This was just Chris' second paintjob, and it turned out pretty good. Quite a bit of the damage could be easily fixed by Chris with a hammer and dolly today and many holes filled with welding, but we had neither the equipment nor experience at the time. So, filler was used. | ||||||||||||||||
