     First, we must repair prior body damage. The biggest area of damage was on the driver's side, with a decimated fender, door, and quarter panel. Upon inspection, Chris found that the only way to keep the "decorative" details in the quarter panel was to either cut this piece from another car, or use the identically-styled opposite front fender (in this case, Right front). Before Step 1: Gather fender & tools Step 2: Cut proper piece from fender. Step 3: Align, drill locating holes, clecko in place.

Step 4: Curse, remember "measure twice, cut once". Step 5: Spot weld in place. Step 6: Grind welds, add body filler (not bondo).
     After doing the body work, it was time to paint. Pictures are self explanatory, so no text descriptions:

     Once we got the outside looking spiffy, it was time to strip some weight out of the interior and make it look prettier than it did after a fire bottle got loose and went off during an enduro. Check out the page detailing that work here.
